形態特徵

• Stipes scales dark brown to black, with widely spreading teeth, 10-15 mm long at base of stipe, decreasing in size upwards; laminae pinnate, 45-85 cm tall, pinnae widely spreading, lower pinnae gradually shortened, deflexed, upper gradually shortened, apex pinnatifid; margins serrate to crenate, or lobed about 1/4 way to costa or less; rachis densely covered with black scales; costa scales brownish, subulate.
• Sori round, small, in 2 or 3 irregular rows on either side of costa, marginal strip without sori.
